Liselle oversees the planning, coordination, resourcing and overall direction of Classroom Mastery. She has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the education sector, including overseeing the implementation of large-scale, multi-country international education programs.

Sara Wiggins
Training and Coaching Lead
Sara is an experienced educator, school leader and instructional coach who has worked in diverse school settings. She now leads the Classroom Mastery program, where she uses her expertise to provide high-quality training and coaching to equip school leaders and teachers with knowledge, skills and strategies for successful whole school improvement.

Monika Marzec
Community Engagement Lead
Monika oversees Classroom Mastery’s community engagement activities, and manages the calendar of digital and live events. She is an experienced program and events manager, skilled in working in complex service-oriented environments with an education focus.

Trainer and Coach
Yolanda delivers professional learning and in-school coaching for Classroom Mastery programs. Her specialty areas include early years literacy, science of learning and evidence-informed teaching. She has more than twenty years of experience in teaching and school leadership and is passionate about supporting educators to reach their potential.

Kirsten is a highly experienced classroom teacher and school leader who delivers Classroom Management and Behaviour professional learning and provides expert coaching in all Classroom Mastery programs. She is particularly skilled in supporting teachers to effectively manage student behaviours and create safe, productive classrooms.

Nellie Wilmot
Trainer and Coach
Nellie is a highly experienced classroom teacher, including having worked in United Kingdom schools for over a decade. She specialises in early literacy and numeracy acquisition, the science of learning and reading and literacy intervention. Nellie provides in-school coaching for Classroom Mastery’s behaviour and high-impact teaching programs.

Charlene is an instructional coach for Classroom Mastery who is passionate about helping teachers to apply evidence-based instruction to support student success. Her experience includes leading structured literacy and evidence-based teaching practice in schools, and she is trained and experienced in special and inclusive education.

Bridie provides in-school coaching for Classroom Mastery. She draws on more than twenty years of experience in inclusive education and literacy intervention specialist roles. Her areas of expertise include the science of learning, literacy coaching, behaviour management strategies and mentoring pre-service teachers.

Zahra Harvey

Zahra provides Classroom Mastery professional learning and in-school coaching to teachers and leaders. She is focused on improving student wellbeing and academic outcomes, and specialises in instructional coaching, curriculum development and high impact numeracy instruction.

Knowledge Society co-developed Classroom Mastery with Australia’s leading classroom management expert, Dr Tim McDonald, to enable teachers to achieve the outcomes they desire in their classrooms.

Chief Executive Officer, The Y, Western Australia, classroom management expert and author of Classroom Management.
Tim partnered with Classroom Mastery’s program designer, Knowledge Society, to scale up the impact of Classroom Management and the evidence-based Positive Learning Framework and its strategies, and together they have created Classroom Mastery. The program is informed by strong evidence bases in the science of learning, human behaviour and cognitive science, and aims to help schools and education systems reduce classroom disruption and create calm and ordered classrooms where learning takes priority.
